Aricks Australia maintains a clear and non-negotiable position regarding the use and support of aftermarket and non-genuine opener systems, including but not limited to Greenly openers.

Our Position

Aricks Australia does not install, service, maintain, or support aftermarket or non-genuine opener systems under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Greenly openers
• Any aftermarket or third-party opener systems
• Any modified or non-approved configurations

Our service and maintenance teams will only work on genuine John Deere and Aricks-approved opener systems.

No Service or Support

Aricks Australia will not:

• Install aftermarket opener systems
• Diagnose or troubleshoot issues
• Perform repairs or adjustments
• Provide field support or maintenance

Any machine fitted with non-genuine openers will be excluded from opener-related service work.

Parts Supply Only

Aricks Australia may supply parts for use on aftermarket systems at its discretion.

However:

• All parts are supplied for customer self-installation only
• Aricks Australia will not assist with installation or fitting

No Liability

Aricks Australia accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• Installation of parts on aftermarket systems
• Performance, reliability, or failure of non-genuine openers
• Compatibility issues
• Damage to machinery
• Downtime, loss of productivity, or consequential loss

All risk associated with the use of aftermarket or non-genuine opener systems remains with the owner.

Warranty

Aricks Australia will honour warranty on its own parts only where a proven manufacturing fault exists.

Warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Incompatibility with aftermarket systems
• Failures associated with non-genuine opener use
• Secondary damage to other components or machinery

No Agreements or Authorisation

Aricks Australia confirms that:

• No agreements (formal or informal, written or verbal) exist regarding the service or support of aftermarket or non-genuine opener systems
• No third party is authorised to represent that Aricks Australia will work on or support these systems

Any claim suggesting otherwise is incorrect and not endorsed by Aricks Australia.
