Aricks Australia offers both onsite maintenance and in-house opener rebuilds to support customers across different machines, locations and seasonal requirements. Our team can help you determine the most suitable option based on your setup, timing, opener eligibility and freight requirements.
Aricks Australia now offers in-house opener rebuilds from our Corowa workshop.
This service has been introduced in response to increasing demand for onsite maintenance, which has placed significant pressure on our field service crews during peak periods. By offering a workshop-based rebuild option, we can continue to support more customers while maintaining service quality and availability across both onsite and in-house work.
Eligible openers can be sent into our workshop for rebuild work in a controlled environment, using dedicated tooling, benches and technicians.
In-house rebuilds provide a practical option for customers who are able to remove and freight their openers, while also helping us manage workload across our service teams and maintain consistent turnaround times.
Our onsite maintenance crews continue to support customers across NSW, Victoria and SA, providing flexible service options directly on-farm.
This option is well suited to machines requiring field service, full-machine maintenance, regional group bookings or situations where removing and freighting openers is not practical or would cause unnecessary downtime.
Our technicians arrive with fully equipped service vehicles, purpose-built tooling and extensive product knowledge, allowing them to carry out a wide range of maintenance and rebuild work onsite. This includes inspection, wear component replacement, adjustments and general servicing to help keep your machine operating reliably through the season.
